women's

weekend

relax &

connect

at a beach house in Poulsbo, WA

20-22 March, 2020

what to expect & what to bring

This is a weekend intended for you to relax and have some time to yourself, enjoy the company of other ladies, and eat well! The house we are staying in has a limited number of people it can accommodate, so reserve your spot by paying as soon as you know you can come.

  • Cost is $50 and includes food and lodging for the weekend.

  • Arrive anytime between 5:00 and 8:00 pm on Friday evening, March 20th.  Food will be ready for you by 6:00 pm and we'll keep it warm until everyone arrives.

  • You will be given a "chunk" of free-time on Saturday that can be filled with shopping in Poulsbo, boating/paddleboarding in the Sound, walking/running, enjoying time alone, or hanging out with other ladies, or a combination of everything!

  • We will be sharing sleeping spaces (and sleeping on couches/air mattresses depending on how many people have registered). If overnighting with others is not your cup of tea, you are not alone! We would love to have you for the day on Saturday.  Please email so we can give you more information.

  • Please bring a sleeping bag/bedding, a pillow, towels, and toiletry items as we are staying at a home that someone from Brookview is graciously letting us use.  Bringing your own bedding & towels will really help save on the laundry/clean-up that they will be left with after we depart.

  • Bring a notebook & bible since we may use them during our gathering times.

  • So that you can enjoy time away, as well as enable others to feel kid-free, please make arrangements for your children. If you are a nursing mom who cannot be away from your infant, immobile babies are welcome to attend, but let us know they are coming with you.  Additionally, there aren't private bedrooms, but we have flexible ladies who would welcome sharing space with you and your infant!

  • We will all leave for church together at 8:30 am on Sunday, March 22nd.

  • If you can't come for the entire time, we would love to have you, but please email to let us know so we can plan appropriately and set cost based on your availability .

  • In light of COVID-19,  if you become sick prior to our gathering we ask that you stay home.  As more information and changes arise in what public health officials recommend, it is possible that this event will need to be cancelled and if you registered you will receive an email indicating that.  If you do register but become uncomfortable gathering with others, you can get a refund, with no questions asked!
